Our priority reservation program lets you define your next living unit, allows you to eat in our dining room and to participate in our many activities. We will keep you updated on availabilities after adding you to our waiting list.
Q. What can I expect if I make an appointment?
A. You are our special guest and we will extend the warmest welcome to you! When you come for your visit, you will meet with our Marketing Director. She will ask you questions in regards to where you live now, and what you are interested in. You will be invited to tour Carmel Oaks, and you will receive a brochure with pricing and floorplans. We will discuss the brochure and pricing with you and answer any questions you may have. It’s that easy and we have fun while doing it!
Q. How do I get on the waiting list?
A. It’s easy — contact us to join the program. A Reservation deposit of $200.00 is all that is required. This fee is applied towards the Entrance/Supplemental Fee or is 100% refundable if you change your mind or make other plans.
Q. What if a residence becomes available but I am not ready?
A. When a residence becomes available, Carmel Oaks’ Marketing Director will contact you to arrange for a personal tour. You are free to decline. There is no penalty for declining and you will maintain your position on the waiting list. You will be contacted when the next residence becomes available.
The waiting list is great for people who are not quite sure when they might be ready to move into Carmel Oaks and want to keep their options open.
Q. What is the advantage of being on the waiting list?
A. Once on the list, you are contacted when a residence is available — before outside marketing is pursued. While waiting, you will receive our community newsletter and you are welcome to participate in the many social, educational and dining opportunities available.
